County Agency Membership

CARSE membership is designed to connect and support road and bridge professionals throughout each member county.

Under CARSE’s county membership structure, one annual membership provides access for an unlimited number of county employees, making it easy for road and bridge, public works, engineering and other eligible staff to participate in CARSE programs and take advantage of member benefits.

Each county designates a primary representative who serves as the voting member and manages the county's membership roster. Additional county employees may be added to the roster at no additional cost and receive all CARSE member benefits, with the exception of voting privileges.

Annual county membership dues are based on total county population, as outlined below.

Open to companies, organizations and professionals that provide—or are interested in providing—products, services, expertise and solutions to Colorado’s county road and bridge community.

Build relationships with county road and bridge professionals, showcase your expertise and solutions, and expand your organization’s visibility through CARSE events, programs and communications.

Sustaining members may participate in CARSE activities but do not have voting privileges or hold elected office.

This membership category provides an opportunity for industry partners to engage with county members while helping sustain the association’s programs, education, and operations.
