Regular Membership

In 2024, CARSE will be changing from individual memberships, to a structure where membership and dues are paid at the County level.  A designee for each County - usually the Public Works Director, Road & Bridge Director or County Engineer - will be the voting member and manage the membership roster. In our system, this is referred to as a Bundle Membership and there will be a Bundle Administrator for each member county. Additional employees from each county (no limit) can be added to the county membership roster and will receive all member benefits except for voting. 

County Bundle membership levels and dues are based on total county population as shown below.

Corporate Membership

CARSE Sustaining Membership is open to those not employed by counties and who have a sincere interest in the affairs of the association. Sustaining members may participate in all activities but may not vote or hold office. A sustaining membership is a great way to provide information about your services or products and keep the organization current on industry changes and innovations.  Your membership will include advertising and marketing opportunities.
